One of the easiest ways to travel plastic free is to start with a reusable metal water bottle.

Water refill stations are expanding all over the world in airports, bus stations, hotels, and parks. McSisters discovered there are refill ambassador apps available in some countries, so you can access a database on where to find a water refill station.

We always carry a large jug of water in our car or trailer to refill water bottles just in case water is not easily accessible.  Many travelers pack a little to-go bag including things like reusable cutlery, reusable shopping bags, greener toiletries, metal straw, and a reusable coffee cup.
